Which size do I need?
98" × 25.5" is standard kitchen-counter depth: it covers 24" base cabinets with a front overhang, and runs over 8 ft in one piece.
74" × 36" is deep enough for a small island, a desk or a workbench.

- Seal all faces with a food-safe oil or a wood finish before use.
- Wipe up water quickly, especially around sinks.
