Pickup & order info

How pickup works

All online orders are pickup only — we don’t deliver online orders.

After you pay, we call you within one business day to confirm your items and book a pickup time.

Bring your receipt (email) and a vehicle that fits your items. The 98" butcher block is just over 8 ft long; the 74" × 36" piece needs a van, truck or roof rack.

Prices & tax

All prices are in Canadian dollars, before tax. 13% Ontario HST is added at checkout and shown before you pay.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe (credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay).

Colours & countertops

Our vanities are liquidation stock. Shaker vanities are listed separately in White Shaker and Grey Shaker, each with its own live stock — you get exactly the colour you order. Other finishes are sold as stocked.

The optional countertop ($250.00) is 2 cm thick with a 4" backsplash. Its colour/pattern is whatever we have in stock. Faucets and mirrors are not included unless stated.

If something is unavailable

Stock moves fast and is shared with our showrooms. If an item you paid for is no longer available, we call you and refund that item in full to your original payment method.
